Fictional Character Who Studied Abroad #12: Josh Lyman, The West Wing I’ve just finished watching the first season, and while Josh has mentioned at least twice that he was a Fulbright scholar, he still hasn’t said where he did this mysterious Fulbright. “I’m a Fulbright scholar, Mrs. Landingham, I don’t leer.” Update - @joshualyman crossed over from the land of the fictional to give me the answer:
